Capsicum oleoresin, as a mixture, is composed by capsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin. it appears in the form of oil matters with content of capsaicinoids from 1 to 70 %, in the shape of white-retangle crystals with content of capsaicinoids over 95%. Capsaicinoids has strong acrid taste and is not solutable to water,but can be dissolved in organic solvents and alkailine solvent.
Capsicum oleoresin with relatively lower content of capsaicin is mainly used as condiment, while capsicum oleoresin with higher content of capsaicin is often used in medicine,biochemical and national defense , self defense and enviromental protection industries.
The package is food grade drum. There are 1kg,25kg,50kg or customerized package. 

There are two types of capsicum oleoresin, one is oily capsicum extract and the other is water-based capsicum extract. Capsicum oleoresin is a viscous orange-red liquid with pure taste, stable performance, high spiciness content and can be well dispersed in the oil. It is widely used in the seasoning of various spicy foods or as raw materials in food factories.
