Function and application

Sodium acetate anhydrous is used as an esterification agent for organic synthesis, photographic medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat preservative, pigment, tanning, and so on. It can be used to produce various chemical products, such as fura n acry lic acid, acetate, and chloroacetic acid. The product as a buffer of seasoning, can ease the bad smell and prevent color change, and has a certain anti-mildew effect. Can also be used as sauce, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake, and other sour agent. Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, etc., used to improve the preservation of sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc.

Used as a common analytical reagent, mordant, and buffer, also can be used for dye synthesis and film development. Used in dyeing and organic synthesis as mordant and buffer, also used in dye for printing and dyeing, photography, also used as an esterification agent, and preservative.
