Also known as caramel or sauce, it is a dark brown black liquid or solid, with a special sweet aroma and pleasant bitter taste, and it is easily soluble in water. Caramel color uses food-grade sugars such as glucose, fructose, sucrose, invert sugar, maltose syrup, corn syrup, molasses, starch hydrolysate, etc. as raw materials. It is heated (or pressurized) at a high temperature above 121°C to make it coking, and further Processed.
